CATERING FAQ

Do you offer catering?

You bet! We offer pick-up and delivery catering throughout Manhattan.

Can I order catering the same day as my event?

We ask for orders to be placed at least 18 hours before your event - but we do our best to accommodate any last minute requests. Just reach out to concierge@bocceunionsquare.com and we’ll see what we can do!

How do I place a pick-up catering order?

In our ordering portal here, select pick-up under “Choose a Method.”

Can I place an order over email or the phone?

We request all orders to be placed via our website here. This helps us ensure a more seamless and secure ordering process. Any questions, you can always reach us at concierge@bocceunionsquare.com.

Is there a minimum purchase?

We accept pick-up catering orders of all sizes. For delivery, there’s a minimum of $150.

I’d like to order catering for more than 30 people (more than your large package serves). What are my options?

Our catering packages are starting points, but you can order as many as you’d like to accommodate your whole party.

FOOD & SETUP

How much food comes in a platter?

All of our catering portions feed 12 people.

How is the food packaged?

All of our catering is served in family style trays.

Does my order include plates, napkins, etc.?

Plates, utensils, and service ware are $5 for every 12 guests.

Will your team help set up my order?

Besides special events, our catering services are drop-off only.

What vegan/gluten-free/soy-free options do you have?

We try to have catering options that accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. You can see allergens in the descriptions of all our menu items. If you have additional questions about ingredients, please email concierge@bocceunionsquare.com.


DELIVERY & PAYMENT

When should I request delivery drop-off if my event starts at XX AM/PM?

You can select delivery windows of 15 minutes (ex: 12:00-12:15 PM) on our ordering portal. We recommend choosing an earlier window to allow for food set-up.

What if my address is outside your delivery zone?

While we can’t 100% guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, feel free to check with us by emailing concierge@bocceunionsquare.com.

Do you offer house accounts?

Yes, we do! Our house accounts with monthly billing are a great option for companies looking to place a large volume of catering orders. If you’re interested in setting one up, please email concierge@bocceunionsquare.com.

Do you have a recommendation on gratuity?

Tipping is optional, but a gratuity of 5-15% (or any custom amount) can be added at checkout and is always appreciated.

ORDER CHANGES

How do I make edits to my order?

Please email concierge@bocceunionsquare.com to request changes to your order.

What is your cancellation policy?

We totally understand - a meeting gets cancelled, an event delayed. Email us at concierge@bocceunionsquare.com and we’ll accommodate your scheduling changes. We do charge 50% of your order’s total for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time, but there are no charges for cancellations with more than a day’s notice. The more heads-up we have, the better. Thanks!
